Because our services involve direct, high-impact consulting frameworks, personalized strategy sessions, and comprehensive done-with-you (DWY) growth programs, our operational and billing policies are tailored specifically to professional B2B consulting rather than standard e-commerce retail. Please read our refund, cancellation, and onboarding policies carefully.

Paid Strategy Sessions and Consultations

• Finality of Sales: All payments made for one-off strategy sessions, premium consulting hours, or diagnostic business audits are considered final once booked.

• Bandwidth Allocation: When you schedule a session, our proprietary research and operational preparation begin immediately to tailor the strategy framework to your specific market presence. Therefore, fees for completed sessions or late-cancellation slots are non-refundable.

Onboarding Framework (Agreement & Invoice Sharing)

We prioritize complete transparency and alignment before commencing any operational workflows.

• Post-Payment Delivery: Upon receipt of your initial program deposit or service payment, we will promptly generate and share a formal transaction invoice alongside a comprehensive Client Partnership Agreement.

• Review and Verification: This customized agreement will explicitly detail the entire scope of work, discussion points, tailored deliverables, and specific operational benchmarks discussed during your initial evaluation calls. You will have the opportunity to thoroughly review, confirm, and digitally sign this document to ensure both parties are fully aligned before deep strategic execution begins.

Program Performance Guarantees

• Conditional Guarantees: During our initial proposal discussions, we may or may not offer specific conditional performance milestones or time-bound outcome guarantees based on your current audience size, revenue history, and implementation capacity.

• Review Upon Signing: Any such guarantees (including but not limited to initial conditional refund windows or program extensions) are highly customized and will be meticulously documented inside the formal Client Partnership Agreement shared with you post-payment. Please review these conditions carefully at the time of signing, as they represent the sole legally binding criteria governing your program's performance framework.

General Non-Refundability and Exceptions

As an independent consulting and strategic service provider, BonjourProfs commits extensive manual hours, private feedback loops, and proprietary business blueprints to your execution roadmap. Consequently, all payments made are structurally non-refundable.

• Policy Exceptions: While standard refunds are not issued, exceptions to this policy may be evaluated under rare and extraordinary circumstances. Any such exception is granted strictly at the sole, absolute discretion of BonjourProfs.

• Criteria for Exceptions: Exceptions will only be reviewed if they are explicitly authorized by a time-bound refund window written into your signed client agreement (such as an unconditional Week 1 Clarity window, if offered) or due to documented major technical failures on our side that permanently prevent service delivery.

Rescheduling and Session Cancellations

For individual strategy sessions or designated program consulting calls, clients must provide at least 24 to 48 hours' prior written notice if they need to reschedule their slot. Failure to attend a scheduled call without notice may result in the forfeiture of that session's strategic delivery allocation.
