Some weeks, you love what you do. Other weeks, you're staring at your phone waiting for a booking confirmation that never comes — wondering if this is as far as it goes.
If you built a teaching business to have freedom and ended up with a full schedule and a capped income, you're not alone. And you're not stuck forever.
Hey, I'm Harsh. I help language teachers build group programs that earn more and demand less.

I've always been a marketer at heart. Before BonjourProfs, I spent years working with large, established companies, understanding what makes people buy, what makes offers work, and what separates a business that grows from one that just stays busy.
When I started teaching French in 2023, I assumed the hard part would be the teaching. It wasn't. The hard part was everything around it — finding the right students, pricing the work properly, building something that didn't require me to start from zero every single month.
I fixed it by doing what I'd always done, i.e. applying real marketing thinking to the problem. Built a structured group program. Filled it from the audience I already had. Stopped chasing students and started attracting them.
It worked. And I couldn't unsee how many great teachers were still stuck where I'd been.
I don't teach French anymore. Today I work exclusively with language teachers through BonjourProfs — helping them build the same system, done with them, start to finish.

I travel whenever I can. Being somewhere new resets something in me that nothing else quite does.
I swim, I cook, and I connect with people. Genuinely. Some of my best conversations — and my best ideas — have come from sitting with someone and actually listening to their story.
Lately, I've started hitting the gym and I feel my productivity has increased 10 times with better mornings.

Great teaching changes lives. A student who learns a language doesn't just learn words — they gain access to people, places, and opportunities they didn't have before. That's worth building a real business around.
The best marketing doesn't feel like marketing. It feels like the right person finally finding the right thing at the right time. That's what we build.
Simple always wins. One great offer. One clear audience. One system that runs. Everything else is noise.
